My approach

Over the years, I’ve learned a few things about what makes people and organizations great. Mostly, that you can’t benchmark your way to greatness. It comes from unapologetically leaning into what makes you unique. Do that, and amazing things can happen. (Or, you might royally screw up. But if you aren’t willing to take that risk, I don’t think you can be great.)

So before you accept rules that others seek to impose on you, start with the most important rule of all:

Be Yourself.
