Emily Frieze-Kemeny

Founder Arose Group, Collaboration Partner

After leading Talent and Leadership Development teams at Fortune 500 companies, Morgan Stanley, IBM, Avon, and Scholastic, Emily founded AROSE Group, a leadership consulting firm, to help more organizations bridge humanity and profitability. She started AROSE coming out of the pandemic because she believes that the world of work is ready for reinvention in a way that has not happened since the Industrial Era. New ways of thinking,  working, and leading will take form; the design of which shouldn’t be left to chance.

Emily and her team at AROSE work with organizations to innovate with precision leadership  experiences and strategies that activate exponential growth. Emily applies her knowledge of what works in practice in highly complex and changing business environments with cutting edge research on leadership, psychology, and well-being.

AROSE works with publicly traded companies, founder-led companies, investment firms and  their portfolio companies, and nonprofit organizations. The AROSE Team believes the diversity of their client portfolio keeps them at the leading edge. They are in continuous learning mode and know from experience that there is no one size fits all approach.

Outside of work, Emily is fondly known as Charlie and Becca’s mom. She is also a cat mom,  loves to read, write, meditate, watercolor, and spend time with family and friends. She is a  voracious student of human potential, a passionate traveler, and a struggling yet committed athlete. She’s a multi-modality wellness practitioner, which includes being a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher. She is a graduate of Skidmore College and holds a master’s degree from Columbia University, Teachers College.
