Always working for the "David" brands among the "Goliaths", I’ve spent my career utilizing scrappy budgets and scarce resources to steal share from the competition. Recognized as a "Puzzle Maverick" for transforming insights into innovative brand strategies and marketing campaigns… from provocative to polished…that ignite conversations and drive unshakeable loyalty. If you haven't heard of the Spongmonkeys, give them a search and I promise you won't be able to forget them. I love big audacious goals, am undaunted by failure and motivated by obstacles. I tackle all these challenges with design thinking skills, which I have strengthened via my professional training from the Stanford University d.School and my marketing degree from Regis University.

I've had the privilege of leading teams, developing brand and purpose architectures, and creating and launching hundreds of successful products and experiences in multi-unit hospitality, retail, and restaurants, such as Hyatt, Hard Rock Hotels, Crocs, and Quiznos. I thrive in service-led environments where Operations and Finance teams are my BFFs; I advance the agenda without the "eye-rolling" textbook lingo.

A Midwest native, I've lived on a farm, near the ocean, in the mountains, and am now planting roots by the lake in the Chicago burbs. I love interior design, enjoying live music with my husband, and have an unhealthy obsession with Trader Joe's.
