Background

Over nearly 40 years, Sandals became the undisputed leader of all-inclusive resorts. The founder held the vision; his team executed. Over time, operational units morphed into entirely separate cultures. Collaboration was non-existent. The CEO, with the support of the new Executive Chairman, recognized that reaching the next level would require significant change.


Objective

Unite the company as one team, with a common culture, behind a shared purpose and vision.


The work

Defined Sandals’ Purpose, Values, Behaviors, Vision, and Strategy. Rallied the top 22 executives as a single team for the 1st time in Sandals’ history. Delivered a global leadership meeting for the top 150 executives where we equipped them to bring Sandals’ Purpose, Values, and Behaviors to life with their teams and guests.
