Why we do this

Great organizations succeed by clearly defining who they authentically are—their purpose, values, and behaviors.The most admired companies and teams are actualized. They stand out.

A clear and compelling north star provides clarity—inside and outside your organization—about who you are, what you stand for, and the value you create for your stakeholders.

Without that clarity, nobody will know why they should choose you, and your team is more likely to spin unproductively on work that doesn’t matter.


What we do

We’ll immerse ourselves in your organization—so we can understand you better than you understand yourself. With that context, we’ll lead you and your team through a process to identify and codify your Purpose, Values, and Behaviors. At times we’ll facilitate, at times we’ll provoke, and at times we’ll take the pen and write.

Our process is inclusive from the very beginning—we bring your team along on the journey so they feel a true sense of ownership of the work.


What you’ll get

We’ll deliver a 2-page document including a Purpose statement, a set of Values, and Behaviors aligned to each Value. We’ll also write and design a narrative that tells the story of your organization and what you’re all about.

We’ll also include a summary report of our insights into your organization—derived from reviewing your documents, our interviews, and our proprietary culture and brand survey. (We understand survey fatigue. If you’ve already got what we need, we’ll spare your team the annoyance of yet another survey.)

To get there, we will run one or more workshops (depending on your needs and culture) to co-create the content with your team and build alignment as we go.
