Brand story

Background

As makers of talent-management software, Halogen was in a great position to benefit from increasing focus on the "future of work"—if they could tell a more powerful story.


Objective

To tell Halogen's story in a more compelling way.


The work

We led their marketing team through a process of self-discovery then wrote a story that brought to life what made Halogen unique. We then designed an event for their customer conference to bring their software to life by capturing and telling the human stories of end users and the HR heroes who enabled their success.


Result

They used the story we wrote as source code for their marketing assets. Not too long after, they were acquired. We'd like to claim exactly 16.7% of the credit for that success. But we can't.
